Gaga herself said that she intended 1000 Doves to be a ballad. But she didn't take part in the production of any song from Chromatica. Bloodpop and Tchami kinda overcooked the song. She may have approved it as it was more cohesive to the album. That's why she released a pure piano version of 1000 Doves in the deluxe edition. You're hearing it wrong, the last word of the title is "Love" and the Girlfriend snippet was copyrighted as "Garden of Eden", so it's that.
