This benefit concert mainly targeted to Americans, who are going to be donating the most, which at the time of streaming will be around 7 PM to 10 PM. Even their merch shop, as another way of donation, are limited shopping in US region only. Sorry to you if you are outside this region and like to enjoy it live but can't.
