A fan who purchased the magazine from Amazon has it and shared it in his stories! in it she says she wants kids and she also says she worries she is viewed as boring now BUT she is also grateful she is viewed that way since she was living on the edge too much

"Her influences for Mayhem include '90s alternative, electro-grunge, Prince and Bowie melodies, guitar and attitude, funky bass lines, French electronic dance, and analog synths'"

She has worked hard, she deserves to settle down and have a family! We will be here when she returns for LG8.

tbh, we’re all older and more boring :poot:

Edit: writing LG8 is weird af :selena:

Honestly love that for her. She grew up, she changed, and that's perfectly okay. She is doing what's best for her health. Both mental and physical. If that's boring, then oh well!

Reality

I think she's finally found a balance between separating her art and her personal life. I don't remember when this was exactly—I think it was during the HoG press tour—but she spoke about how for the longest time, she let her art consume her in ways that were not healthy. However, over time, she began to find a way to make art in a healthier, more productive manner.

I think that's why some people (*cough cough* many people here) think she's become "boring" or "uncreative" in the past few years. She's not exactly wearing the most ridiculous things now just to get Starbucks, and people miss that, but honestly, as long as she's happy what does it matter? People also grow and change over time. Y'all cannot expect her to be the same woman she was when she released TF/TFM; that's completely unrealistic.

She's letting the art speak for itself, and so far, it's damn good. Since DWAS, everything she's released and teased up until now sounds and looks fantastic. MAYHEM's gonna be a stellar album and we should savor it because it might be the last one we get for a while.

I feel bad for her. She clearly still has the exact same artistic vision, she just isn't willing to sacrifice her sanity or mental health for it anymore (And I mean, thank god).  She was someone who would die for her art, and now she values her life more. That comes with age, and finding things of meaning in your life. We should be grateful for that for her, and I hope she knows that she made the right choice.

I feel like this era (along with Harlequin) has been her playing with her artistry without giving into the pressure, which VERY much excites me. She is finding a balance.
