That’s why I said “supposedly”, because Gaga herself never mentioned it. But I've seen so many fans speculate about Carino that I also thought it made sense. Since he loved the Mötley Crüe song Girls, Girls, Girls so much. - Beautiful, Dirty, Rich is about the scene of kids with rich parents that did drugs she used to party with - Sinner’s Prayer is about Taylor (I believe?) Oh interesting, Gaga said she wrote BR about her best friend that she fell in love with in her Tour bus. So it's Matthew Williams ?
