For over-all numbers and certifications everything counts.

Thank you for explaining! Do you know the formula as to how single equivalent streams / sales are counted for album certs? Like if a single sold 3M copies, what percentage would count?

Million Reasons is beautiful. I agree, though, that Joanne is a really heartfelt album, and it deserves respect.

Why do we always do this? In just this last year, she’s smashed with both a mid tempo soft-rock duet and a hard-hitting dance pop track with techno/industrial/etc influences, quirky lyrics, and Gaga-isms galore. This whole era is about her embracing how versatile she is, it’d be great if fans would follow her lead and celebrate it.
