We just need to keep up the momentum and then remind the voters of the big cultural impact of Mayhem. I agree - yes Debra is climbing slowly on radio in the U.S. but it is not carrying over into consistent U.S. streams. Performance for the song has been divided across markets (LAM, West, Asia). I think she should let it run its course after her shows and prepare VIY for launch sometime in June or early July. It's clearly THE song that is receiving the strongest response wherever she goes & regardless of market... Big picture, she will have 3 proper hit songs from this album with DWAS, Debra, and VIY. All charting within the Top 10 globally when all is said and done. A fantastic run. Maybe throw in one more with How Bad or GOE, who knows lol.
