I think Gaga's vocal range on this album is there in almost every song. I don't know if the comparison to Queen was meant to be Freddie Mercury's vocals or the intensity, anger, energy and vigor he had when he performed.

Eating up what? Those songs are quite weak, after the storm of 1-7. She should've gone all-in... Still, it is miles better than anything post-ARTPOP. I like the album! I see so many positive, interesting layers, and appreciate the direction.
