I'm on my third listen and I don't feel negative towards any song. I like some better than others but all of them make me want to learn the lyrics ASAP and scream them alone in my house

Lovedrug and Dont call tonight are growing on me. Those 2 and HBDUWM are the Ally bops of this album, and I adore them. It is a style Gaga hasnt done a lot and I think could be popular with the GP. 
And the vocals at the end of those songs elevate them!

im prob gonna get hate for this but the album is her worst, its not a completely garbage album but its far from even joanne, im pretty disappointed because i genuinely thought we were getting a modern tfm x btw but this just sounds like basic 70s disco beats nothing really dark on this album other than disease and little fragments from a few songs im disappointed asf

the second i finished the album i went back to chromatica this album made me appreciate chromatica way more lmao

Disease and Abra definitely didn't give an accurate representation of what the album would be like, it's so much more feel good than I imagined, it's perfect

It's okay you feel that way. Just give it a chance, some people may need time with it to grow on them, and if that doesn't end up being the case, it's not the end of the world. She's a got a huge and complete discography to go back to other records if you may!

Edit: and, to be fair, nobody said explicitly we were getting a pure pop / heavy sound / BTW-TFM vibes. Some people put their expectations on a place they didn't had to.

Either way, imo MAYHEM slaps hard. As she said, "these nachos are mine, I invented them": dark pop is something made from her artistry. This is just another view on it

An impeccable production is noted in all the songs although I couldn't connect yet with several (Vanish Into You, LoveDrug, How Bad do u want me, dont call me tonight, The beast, blade of grass and DWAS) surely some will grow in me, I'm on my third listen.

I can already see myself listening to the other songs on repeat.

I'm love with the outro in Killah !

Excited to see the live performances and hear the two exclusive songs !

i think another thing that maybe put my expectations too high were the snippets and all of the ai extended versions its like i was expecting one thing or vibe then i got the complete opposite with some of these songs
