I don't know if this is the best place to post this, but I'm extremely disappointed at the fan reactions to the album so far on Reddit and Twitter.

So so many negative reactions, which is truly turning me off. I haven't even listened to the album as it only comes out in the UK in 8 hours, but I'm so disgusted at how negative fans have been so far.

Yes, everyone's entitled to their own opinions but if you're a truly Lady Gaga fan you should perhaps be a little more respectful and understanding, and also respectful to other fans who haven't had the opportunity yet to listen to album

P.s. it's also my fault that I was nosey and checked my socials but still...

P.p.s. can someone assure me that the album is actually good? 😭 I'm so sad seeing the negative reactions so far

For anyone else in uk, I found a “vanish into you” piano tutorial on YouTube haha, it sounds amazing if that helps just hope it is real if anyone on here can confirm, am picking up on the bad romance hints people have been mentioning

Coz this album isn't for the brain rotted and twitter and reddit is full of brain rotted people.

This is real music, some people are not used to it

Reddit is historically negative for any fandom. I don’t ever take anything seriously on Reddit.

Yes! There's about 4 potential skips

Killah and Zombieboy are harder to digest, but ultimately will be embraced by the fans (think Government hooker or schiebe)

Don't Call Tonight will definetly NOT be everyones cup of tea based on how "by the book" of a pop song it is. 

 

How Bad Do You Want Me will be the song that gets the "Fun Tonight Treatment". It is a very Taylo Swift-esque song (derogatory). It lyrically relies to much on the good girl and good boy trope. Very Disney and immature song. I dont see this one getting much love, and personally, the only song I would delete off the record.

If you are truly a Lady Gaga fan and enjoy whatever kind of music she makes then you will definitely enjoy it.

I think the big issue is that a lot of people are going into the album expecting all the songs to sound a lot like disease and abracadabra. 

It's very different, but I also remember feeling this same exact way with Chromatica when I first listened to it. 

I've been enjoying it, I've always wanted some Gaga songs with a funk/rock sound so it's perfect for me!

most of them are OGH trying to bring down the album after DWAS and Abra's success so don't mind them that much. The album is a masterpiece

I do agree HBDYWM is not as hard-hitting as the rest of the songs, but I understand why she made it. It gives place for a break in a way. Not a skip for me
