My final take after my first full listen  

Negatives: 

How Bad Do U Want Me is a whole skip, Don't Call Tonight is meh, The Beast and Blade of Grass are easily some of her weakest songs and sound like she's just kinda half drunk and vibing over the Stranger Things intro music  the album is definitely front loaded quality wise and Die With a Skip being slapped onto the end isn't helping that

Positives:

Disease and Abracadabra, while they stand out against all the other tracks, remain hard bops  Garden of Eden is so fun, Perfect Celebrity is what Plastic Doll wishes it could have been (and I love PD so...), Vanish Into You is easily my favorite song on the album, Killah is GROOVY, Zombieboy has great vibes, LoveDrug made me emotional, and Shadow of a Man gave the last half of the album a softer landing

I can fully admit I went into this expecting some disappointment but came out pleasantly surprised  

Absolutely a huge step up in quality from Chromatica, especially production wise. Every song sounds like a stadium shaker while most of Chromatica's tracks sounded like they'd struggle to fill a broom closet.

I'm excited to listen again tonight when it's out in the US so I can let the album flesh itself out with every listen

LOTS of electric guitar sprinkled in a pop-disco industrial style, think the guitars at the end of “Gimme What I Want” by Miley Cyrus.

…. actually a lot of songs on the album kinda sound like that, hook and production-wise
