Best way is using Spotify, workd with Free accounts. Go options on Web and set region to NZ.

Open Your browser in incognito mode (I'm using Chrome). Open Spotify page in browser view and if you have spare e-mail create new account, if not try to log in using your old one - i'm not sure, but account created in your own country might have saved location data...
