Yes, everyone's entitled to their own opinions but if you're a truly Lady Gaga fan you should perhaps be a little more respectful and understanding, and also respectful to other fans who haven't had the opportunity yet to listen to album

P.p.s. can someone assure me that the album is actually good? 😭 I'm so sad seeing the negative reactions so far

It's no masterpiece and almost none feels like instant bops, but there's no skip and overall the album will be ranked after only BTW and TFM. Every song is decent.

A 75-80/100 for me.

ngl this makes me wanna avoid reddit critics because yeah some songs aren’t peeps cups of tea but this album is QUALITY

The only song that I somehow can think of as “gothic” is Blade of Grass, and maaaybe The Beast (but not really)

very funky, alot of guitar riffs, AMAZING JOB on the production. 
Just the fact that this album is SO GOOD is an evidence she should’ve stopped working with BloodPop long time ago

But anything close to the kind of "gothic" "industrial" vibes that I create

I really wanted to see Gaga tackle my taste in music and see if it would be similar. Was so excited to see her venture in this direction but sounds like I might have put my expectations too high

honestly, no. i appreciate gaga's idea about not making mayhem just a sole concept and sound, but it feels a bit out of place looking at the photoshoot, singles, videos, looks when most of the album sounds like this
