here is a compiled list of GGD users' advice on VPNs. Sorry for not crediting/quoting the OPs, I was saving all this on my Notes app for my personal use later tonight, but I just realized it might be helpful to share.

ppl's advice:

Download and install TunnelBear on your computer and sign up for a free account (it gives you 2000 MB which is more than enough to stream the album). Look for a New Zealand network and connect to it.

 

Once you're connected, go to https://www.spotify.com/spotify sign un for a new FREE account (if you already have a Premium subscription, you won't be able to change the country because Premium is linked to the country of your payment method, so you must create a new account).

That's it, you should be able to play Mayhem at 00:00 NZ time. 
Keep in mind that an ad will play every 30 mins with a free account and you can't skip that, so if you start playing in order from Disease, i'm guessing the first ad will play between LoveDrug and HBDUWM. 

I highly recommend doing this on the Spotify desktop app from a computer as it allows you to set the Streaming Quality to "High" even with a Free account by going to the settings (the mobile version plays song in random order and audio quality is much lower). 
Play safe!

No idea, I guess it will be up on youtube as well but you can try using incognito mode so you don't have to create a new account. That's just me guessing so idk if it will work
