I hope so, but there's still time for leaks (Interscope + Gaga's team seem to be doing a much better job preventing leaks nowadays, though). 

If a title/track list/cover announcement is on Monday, a single on Feb. 14, and the album drops in late Feb. like a lot of people are speculating...that leaves a lot of times for leaks still.
