If what we found is the album cover, then no it won't be changed unless the release date has been pushed back beyond Feb. As it's a feb release, the physicals already exist.

fake leaks don't get 98% upvotes with hundreds of upvotes, at least usually... idk, I think it's real.

I just checked the website, there are no new image files. The only thing is a mp4, which is the background for today. So unless it was deleted immediately and just 1 person found it, I doubt it is real

How did you check? They use the term datamine, I think this is one step above looking into code, but I'm far from an expert. 

 

I really don't think a fake leak would gain 98% upvotes with different people confirming it in the comments, especially on reddit. I don't want to dismiss it just yet.
