Yeah, I doubt she knows or even supports this. Joe has been hosting Gaga related events on his own for a while now, trying to use her fanbase to get people in the door. He plants rumors about Gaga possibly going to these events or showing up, etc. in order to entice said fans to attend and/or work there.
