Why are Gaga projects always leaking?

I've been a huge fan of Gaga since high school, obsessively so. It feels like, ever since The Fame Monster, something is always leaking. Whether it's songs, titles, album covers, or even entire albums. These leaks just never seem to stop.

Why do you think Gaga's team hasn't figured out how to prevent this from happening? It seems pretty standard these days to protect content, especially knowing that fans are tech-savvy enough to dig into website code. It almost feels like they're encouraging the leaks at this point.

The website code being so easy to decipher has to be intentional...
And these days, there’s so much fake stuff everywhere that it’s exhausting just trying to figure out what’s even real. Even in Gaga’s fan spaces, it feels like we’re drowning in fake narratives and clickbait. It’s all just noise at this point, and it sucks the fun out of everything for me.

Honestly she's been lucky. Some info, demos, names, pictures, etc. it's the least of the worries. Can't imagine Gaga going through something like Madonna's Rebel Heart where an entire 25 track album was stolen and they still went with it.

We notice much more when Gaga's things leak because we're paying more attention to her. Other artist's stuff leaks allll the time too. Just the nature of the business, where many people have access to the work, and incentive to pass it around

I don't know if I'd even call this a leak.

I'm not sure I agree with the characterisation that her stuff is always leaking either, at least not compared to some other artists (Carly Rae Jepsen, Charli XCX, Dua Lipa, Lana, etc). Harlequin was a complete surprise, none of the LG7 songs have leaked, aside from the Girlfriend snippet which might not even be for LG7. 

We have an album title and an album cover/promo image for an album we knew was coming out. Beyond that, we found out, to the surprise of no one, numbers beyond 1 are 2, 3, 4, etc.

I might be forgetting something but the last time something considerable leaked was I Don't Want Your Love and Hallelujah in 2022. 

We've never heard cut Chromatica songs, Joanne songs (à la Deep Blue), or most finalised ARTPOP songs (Temple, Tea, Onion Girl, Princess Die, Ratchet, Sire, Sex Dreams Ft. Robin Thicke, Maren, etc). Exceptions being Brooklyn Nights, Red Flame (I wouldn't be surprised if Azealia leaked this), I Wanna Be With You, and only the Kendrick versions of PARTYNAUSEOUS. We also haven't heard Room In My Heart ft. Elton John, the "original LG5" tracks, the DJWS LG6 tracks, Clover, Chances/Feels So Good (Chromatica), etc.
