In my opinion they didn't retpuch or hide it. I think her leg is crossed that much, that the tatto is simply on the back of her leg. It's more close to her a** but what do you think? I'm sure they didn't hide it as they would do this for every tatto and we can even see a small piece of her flower back tattoo.
