I wonder if it would have made a difference in her career if Gaga decided the same before she dropped Joanne which was clearly the same period where she wanted to strip back and get rid of her Gaga persona. I mean imagine if she named her album Stefani instead of Joanne and then with the Netflix film and her movie roles it would have been maybe easier for her to be seen as less of a popstar but more as an actress on screen. Idk just wondering
