Get a strong sense that SCOTUS may allow the pause given Trump's decision to file an amicus brief for TikTok demanding one so it can be assesed afresh by his administration. The justices seemed to circle around this topic like they were looking for an excuse to avoid taking part. Kavanaugh, Roberts & Sotomayor seem to be votes to uphold the law, while Gorsuch is firmly against it. Kagan seems to be an as yet undecided swing vote on this. Alito is vocally defering to Trump. The others seem to be sat in the middle as well. Even if Jackson joins the 3 supporting the ban, I feel like the other 5 are going to push for a temporary stay and let Trump take the lead.
