How is Fearless Taylor's best album :messga:

Do the Taylor's versions have any impact on this list?

I’m surprised that The Fame Monster has spent only 74 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart, while The Fame has managed a massive 397 weeks.

In my opinion, The Fame Monster is the stronger, more impactful album. It makes me wonder how things might have turned out if it had been released as a stand-alone studio album with a couple of extra songs, instead of being tied to The Fame as a reissue.

Did releasing TFM as a reissue boost The Fame’s success but leave TFM in The Fame’s shadow? If it had stood on its own, could it have been even more influential and spent way more time on the Billboard 200 chart?

They're merged kinda - so when TF outsells or outstreams TFM, they count TFM as The Fame I think

Uhmm...isn't Teenage Dream album certified 10 x platinum? (Diamond?) That's more than most albums in this list. Damn, seems like miss Perry really pissed off whoever made this list lol.

the position on this chart depends on chart run, not units sold.

TFM stopped existing for BB, it’s The Fame now

Hot take, but the reissue lowkey harmed her career in the short run because people kept sticking with and liking The Fame over her other work well into the 2010s.

Teenage Dream has a massive chart run though. I'm not sure why it isn't present.

I'm really not happy with how "white only" the higher part of this list is. Morgan Wallen of all people being on top only makes it worse.

no TEENAGE DREAM like how

The Fame & A Star is Born were higher than Teenage Dream on Billboard's 2010s decade-end chart too.

Same thing happened again here on 21st century charts:

#112. A Star Is Born Soundtrack

#113. Teenage Dream

I think Teenage Dream had lower chart points because the album's chart positions are low (100-200) even though it has 400+ weeks inside the chart.

Also facts to consider:

ASIB Soundtrack: 4 weeks at #1 (and high chart positions in its first weeks)

Teenage Dream: 1 week at #1

Well, teenage dream might overtake ASIB soundtrack in chart points in the future cuz it is still charting.

Billboard changed their rules in the past. The chart points of The Fame (after those 70+ weeks from TFM) now include points from TFM.

Basically, that's "The Fame Monster (deluxe)" that we are seeing on the charts now and not just "The Fame." Billboard just didn't want to rename it.

That Morgan Wallen album peaked at #77 here in the UK, we don't know her at all. Amazing how local some artists can be
