He became so close with Meloni and he has openly given his support to the far right movements of Farage (UK) and to the AfD in Germany. Reform UK & Farage have achieved 5 MPs after Farage has been campaigning for decades (8 runs at being an MP before success). Money is important in every electoral system, but in a fptp parliamentary system its way more about organising and strategy which Musk just has no experience with.
