lastpopicon 4,376
She didn't mention gar specifically and that would be out of line imo, but she had to mention the elephant in the room though, and that's very clearly FAD this year. But I hate this mess, this damn movie ruined an almost perfect 2024 for her, then we start 2025 with more embarrassment, first the Razzies, now this... and it's nice to see a good portion of the fanbase taking it lightly but bad press like this isn't stopping any time soon i fear. Despite me personally liking the movie and appreciating gagas acting I just wish she never took this role honestly, she does not deserve this. The melody that you choose can rescue you 4

The last I heard of anything charity related was when the BTWF was "exposed" after their tax filing revealed only a tiny portion of the cash actually went to charity. And I don't even remember how accurate that was I'm genuinely curious You're talking about Showbiz411 "research" made by a former FOX News journalist from 2014, something about the BTWF bus and it turned out to be a total bulls-t Charity Navigator is approving BTWF by 98% - https://www.charitynavigator.org/ein/452752227 So the foundation is doing good. Some of her charity work in the last couple of years: clinton foundation, elton john AIDS foundation, st. jude children hospital, artists against fracking, national alliance on mental illness, raising money for COVID-19, she funded classrooms projects in El Paso, donated to an african mental health organization and move, all this in the last 5 years. And like I said in the mod chat, her net worth is not $900m, but around $300m, in 2020 her net worth was $150m according to Forbes, so if we go by this number, it's unlikely that in 4 years, when the only big earn was the tour, she increased her net worth by 500% (If my math is right lol) Love u but u fell into so many fake news about Gaga in the last 24 hours His fart felt like a kiss

Besides, JFAD was a horrible movie and how gaga thought it would be a good idea to attach herself to it with that script is beyond me cus why wouldn't she? it was the sequel to a major hit movie and she was a perfect fit for the role it's not her fault things changed along the way mother, what must i do? 1

Mr S 8,209
No need to come for that lady. It was a flop of epic proportions. It happens. While Gaga was a part of it, she was not responsible and it shouldn't affect her Hollywood standing. We should just laugh at it at this point. 1
Juanjo 1,957
The fact some of ya’ll are actually pressed at this joke??? Trust me, this did not end Gaga’s acting career, if anything, it’s a blessing in disguise, as I’m sure she will be more careful in choosing future roles and deciding what directors she will work with.
