I remember being bored of stupid love fast and ROM as well. I really don't think it's even top 20. For me the lyrics and the repetitiveness of the lyrics really make the song lower quality. It's high up there with the better parts of Born This Way and ARTPOP, definitely a much stronger song than anything on Joanne and Chromatica. MJH, Sex Dreams which is my favourite ARTPOP track & GUY are guilty like ARTPOP is in general of just being too rooted in a very very specific style of EDM and sounding dated as a result.
