Would killing all those people really make the world a better place?

You know the answer is yes :icant:

Eat the rich, mulch the rich, idc just do away with them already and criminalize this level of wealth.

sounds like gaga during TF when she denounced the hollywood rich and famous life and then got rich and famous and moved to malibu and drives a cybertruck.

I'm not saying that what Bezos is doing is ok, I'm just saying that we all gonna do it if we had the money, because it's simply human nature.

You would invest thing money, but you would buy a luxury house, a luxury car, designers clothes,  because you can and it's fine.

This money must be spent somehow, they must generate work and give back this money to the economy, if no, you have people like Ronaldo or whatever, that hoards money for no reason.

This wedding is good expression of the American culture at the end, it's all the bad in this sick country, you all put these famous rich people on a pedestal, protects them all cost on social media, buys their stuff like crazy, but then complain when they does shitty things like that with the money that they earned...

Precisely why I don't stan Gaga anymore :laughga:

I wouldn't do any of that stuff. Maybe a largeish patch of land with a modest house on it (I wouldn't go full Neverland Ranch lmao).

Speaking of, at worst, I'd pull an MJ and build some kind of philanthropic empire like he did with his wealth. He remains the most charitable celebrity in history and he's been dead for a decade and a half. That says something tbh.

Fund schools, feed people, fund animal shelters, pay off others' medical bills, build homes for people, build a sanctuary for families, do that kind of stuff just like MJ did.

If I were a rich man no human I met would leave my company suffering from anything money can fix. I absolutely wouldn't be burning it spending over half a billion jerking myself off with a wedding that costs more than most countries' GDPs.

My love for her has been diminishing for years tbh. This election cycle and some of the artistic choices she's made (both public and things that aren't public but that I've been unlucky enough to hear about) have kinda been the straws that broke the camel's back.

I'm not gonna call her a sellout or even a bad person but she's nowhere close to who/what I thought she was

My increasing frustration with the system that allows people like her to fly around on private jets with huge diamonds on their hands while others starve or die preventable deaths has definitely exacerbated that.

And helping nobody, actually actively hurting others, while hoarding more wealth than you could ever spend is....normal? Healthy?

Being charitable isn't a "god complex". It's being a human.

I'm just above the poverty line for this f*cked up nation and I still volunteer my time and donate my hard earned money.

I mean I get you. But i've always kind of been aware of that and my heart can't help but make an exception for her, just like i hate homophobes but i can't hate my grandma for being homophobic. Once when I was younger and browsing the forum I saw she made like millions for a show and was like slapped in the face with the fact that Gaga made more money singing for a couple of hours than my dad will ever make in his entire lifetime, working from 6 to 6 just to feed us. A literal lifetime's worth of work and hundreds of thousands of hours will not add up to a fraction of what she made in a single day. It really is an unfair world.

Yup. They're all pure evil. Back in the day we used to stand up for ourselves. Guillotine the evil and greedy in power right in the city centre for all to cheer on. I used to think this was brutish and uncivilised but my mind has changed in recent years

So we want to kill Bezos, his family and friends because they are just rich enough to afford a lavish wedding?

So their crimes are by being rich from forming and leading a company that sells goods online to consumers and conveniently delivers to them?

Who's to blame for that? Think about it.

When I first heard the news about the United Healthcare CEO getting gunned down in NYC, I was happy for a bit of poetic justice, but then I thought about it more...

What did it solve? A woman lost her husband and two kids lost their father...but is there any relief for those still dealing with denied claims?  Then what does that do to us to be okay with murdering our problems away?

Let's think about the goals here before we resort to brutal and uncivilized tactics to solve complicated problems.

Yeah, I get that and I did the same thing for a while 'cause the art was good and she did do a lot for me in my teenage years. I healed a lot of crap 'cause of her.

Her leaving DJWS high and dry to make Chromatica, which felt completely soulless to me, then investing so much time into Joker only to promote it for like a week and lose all passion 'cause it wasn't selling well? Releasing Disease but promoting DWAS instead 'cause it did well on streaming, even adding it to the album (which it wasn't made for)?

It just compromises too many things that I care about in an artist. And idc that this post will be lmao'd to oblivion :rip:

I'm still a fan though, duh. It's not like I hate her nor am I gonna quit modding her fansite over it, I'm just done obsessing over her stuff and watching for her projects 'cause it doesn't feel real to me anymore.

More than anything though, this election shook me. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, she said she stood for was on the line. Everything from women's rights, queer rights, immigrants' rights, the potential for peace, sexual assault survivors, just every fleck of humanity in this nation was at risk. And I know she alone couldn't change the results but it's important to know you can rely on someone like that to at least be there and standing for the right thing.

But she didn't show up until the last minute. Never even said Harris' name, I think. Underwhelming speech all while looking like she'd rather be anywhere else . All to avoid bad press.

There's more but I forget what can and can't be shared so lemme hush.

I just can't see her as genuine anymore. It sucks but it is what it is.

Actually, yeah. It helped some.

More claims were approved than usual after the shooting, some terms of insurance companies changed to be more favorable to their customers, and some horrid ideas (like not covering anesthesia fully) were ditched.

That man lost his right to be grieved by the public when he was directly responsible for the deaths of unknown hundreds, even thousands, all to become even richer than he already was.

"Don't be gullible"

Girl bye. The fact that everyone immediately believed it says a lot about the kind of image and perception your actions have cultivated.

You don't want people to think the worst of you? Stop being the f*cking worst then.

Yeah but Amazon being so big, it's able to make lower prices than small stores and because everyone is trying to save money the small stores lose their customers and Amazon gets bigger the small stores close and customers don't have the choices anymore and then Amazon can raise prices again and rich get richer :enigma:
