David Koepp was working on the script before Dominion was out and they already worked on practical and CGI effect before Gareth Edwards was even on board soooo... Quite the same amount of time tbh

Oh okay good! Didn’t know that it was being worked on for that long, I just heard when it was announced how they were trying to rush production
