What really gets my goozle is that he'll complain all this time about how "dangerous" weed is, which is an incredibly racist notion, look it up, and he gives no shits about alcohol which is exponentially more dangerous.

I used to smoke a lot almost every other day, usually alone. I haven't smoke by myself in the last year, and maybe got high with friends 1-2 times in total. It made me super lazy and unproductive, less social, it was the best decision for me. I like smoking with friends, but not alone anymore.

I do think it’s habitually addicting: if I came back from a week long trip, I wouldn’t have the urge to smoke, my daily habit was disrupted by the trip. It’s a weird kind of addiction, if it can even be considered one. I think it also depends on whether you have an addictive personality. I don’t, and sometimes I would voluntarily take breaks from smoking since I got sick of it.

I don’t agree with it being a gateway drug at all. Keeping pot illegal and forcing people to buy and smoke it discreetly, lumping it together with other hard drugs makes it a gateway drug more than anything.

People are going to make their own decisions regardless of the legality status.
I’ve been taking edibles for years now. It’s a daily thing for me. I do not feel like it impedes my social abilities, nor do I feel like I’m out of control. Multiple times I have taken breaks from it with no issues. It is something that I enjoy for both my anxiety and for recreational purposes.
Is this situation the same for everyone? No. But people have a right to make their own decisions for their lives. Even if the decisions they are making end up being mistakes.

With his logic sugar, alcohol and caffeine are equally as devastating. If any substance should be demonized as bringing victims to addiction it’s c0caine. Which, as his drūg of choice, he should know damn well.

I'll always remember my very frank Biology teacher in HS and her favourite saying in civics class. 

If tobacco & alcohol were discovered now they would be illegal classified drugs due to their effects.

that's just a waste of money trying to uphold a bunch of pointless laws just cus you don't like something

people will find a way to obtain those things and usually, that makes it miles more dangerous cus it can't be regulated
