It's sad that most are unable to form an opinion of their own about the movie, and have just jumped on the hate train.

I guess that's mostly what happenes with Gags.:bradley:

Is it really that hard to believe that if most people share that view than its just a bad film?

There's so many truly captivating and haunting shots of her in this video compared to the actual movie.

I'm glad they released this because it kinda shows that Gaga was great, they just couldn't make up their minds about what movie they were making.

Love seeing her work, she's such a pro, let such a little goofball.

I kinda like the movie compared to most people, but man was her talent wasted. Way too male focused this film.

According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch

They actually wrote the role with Gaga in mind?? That's crazy! And she as always has really done her research on the psychology of it all. You can tell all these people genuinely wanted to make something good. I do also feel like the 'find the movie as you go' thing could've added to it's downfall. Reminds me of Ryan Murphy's method of writing and 'discovering' American Horror Story as they go.. just doesn't work so great. Or maybe it's just a gamble? I feel like planning it out completely could've led to a less messy story and better incorporated musical scenes. Because they really did capture some beautiful footage

Man we really missed out on something that could've been so amazing

Edit: P.S. it was kinda weird hearing Joaquin call her 'Gags'   that's our term

They keep saying they reworked things while we see many scenes that were cut...

Maybe there's a good Harley arc that was erased.

Just rewatched the film again and I still really like it. The hate is so forced, the only things I would change is just to add back in some of the extra/extended Lee scenes, it wouldn't have impacted or changed the plot anyway. Maybe give her back a bit more speaking dialogue to balance out how much she sings. But that's it really, I love the bleak ending, the cinematography and I think all the performances are great.

The movie goes nowhere in its last hour, Gaga's role was absolutely ignored and had little to no backstory. I'm sorry, but I saw the movie, and it was a mess. The musical parts add nothing to the movie and it feels forced and awkward. I am mad because this could have been such a big movie :( whatever

Finding the movie as you go is just another way of a writer disguising their uncertainty as to what they truly want to say.

It's one thing to make adjustments regarding to props, the set, outfits, fashion, hair. It's a completely different thing to make fundamental choices about characterisation two weeks into filming.

She showed up to work! My question still til this day is, 'where was Bradley Cooper?' he was on the crew for the first Joker. Just would make some sense they would collaborate on this one?
