I actually enjoyed the movie. Although I didn’t see it as the movie of the year I didn’t get the people trashing it. However I also never saw Joker 1 either so was coming in fresh.

I enjoyed the movie. I'm not a fan of Batman/Joker type movies so I wasn't set up to be disappointed. Gaga was good in it, and that has to be a positive for her career-wise.

I've loved the movie from the beginning and can't wait for the DVD. I've listened and read nonstop horrible reviews. If John Waters and I were the only 2 people in the world that liked it......I'd be ok with that. I feel validated.

I hope it gets some kind of reassessment when it hits Max, but I think that's being overly optimistic

I liked it in that it's messaging was ultimately provocative, despite whatever other flaws the movie had script/pacing-wise.

Honestly. I did not like the movie but still think everyone knows she's great in the movie, even the people who hated it.

One of the things I learned during the JFAD roll out was that one of the key points to the CinemaScore grade is basically: Did the movie live up to the marketing?

Which played a significant part in JFAD getting the lowest grade for a comic book movie. However much anyone might like the final product. I think its fair to say, its not the movie we hoped for or expected.
