Azealia Banks is always that girl. Even when she drags Gaga, it always comes from love, or is for the bigger picture of music, or sometimes a random opinion that I don’t necessarily need to hold on or agree to.

 

My admiration for her music, her humor, her intelligence and her contributions to pop culture as a whole will surpass any little resentment yall keep screaming towards her.

Your anger is valid, and I'm saying this as a person that also lives in a country directly affected by the global north: expecting american pop artists to give a f*ck about international conflicts is a lost cause. American people in general are desensitized of the horrors that happen beyond their borders, they would always put their well being first at any cost, even if that means their own country would actively participate in the destruction of entire nations.
