Anderson123 35,595
I know Cher has at least one in the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s and 2010’s. Edit: Cher has had at least one number one hit in each decade from the 1960s to the 2020s, joining the Rolling Stones as the only other artist to achieve this feat. Some of her number one hits include: I Got You Babe: Cher's first number one hit in 1965 with Sonny & Cher Gypsys, Tramps & Thieves: A number one hit in the 1970s Half-Breed: A number one hit in the 1970s Dark Lady: A number one hit in the 1970s All I Ever Need Is You: A number one hit with Sonny in the 1970s After All: A number one hit on the Adult Contemporary chart in the 1980s with Peter Cetera If I Could Turn Back Time: A number one hit in 1989 Strong Enough: A number one hit in the 1990s All or Nothing: A number one hit in the 1990s Believe: A number one hit in the 1990s and one of the best-selling singles of all time Song for the Lonely: A number one hit in the 2000s A Different Kind of Love Song: A number one hit in the 2000s When the Money's Gone: A number one hit in the 2000s You Haven't Seen the Last of Me: A number one hit in 2011 Woman's World: A number one hit in 2013 Not all of Cher’s are Hot 100 #1s though, some are Dance charts and stuff like that. I'm not celebrating until Billboard confirms on Monday. I hope DWAS will push through.
gerrygaga 2,708
I also checked this list: https://atrl.net/forums/topic/271653-bb-hot-100-artists-with-most-billboard-hot-100-1-hits Only checked artists with 6 #1s & above because of course, 6 is the minimum for this milestone. MJ & Janet are still the only artists with 2 or more #1 Hot 100 hits in 3 separate decades. I already tagged Gary of Billboard on twitter (because he makes articles when some fans tag him on twitter), also tagged talkofthecharts & chartdata if they can confirm, but of course, they won't reply.
