Do you recommend I use the AXS chat or call a phone number associated with them? I keep looking for a phone number but all I have been finding is the live chat, and I'm not sure if I trust that, since they told me via the live chat last time my order would have shipped by now. Do we know if Coachella is going to be completely separate to the ball? I feel like that's unlikely given the close proximity.
