Jack3257 752 Posted April 12 Share Posted April 12 The ONLY song that truly felt missing was Just Dance, the anthem that introduced the world to the mayhem! I would have liked to see Edge of Glory and some Chromatica representation (and maybe a pipe dream of Marry the Night), but understand the omissions. I think this did answer a major question for me: there’s no way this show is for anything beyond Coachella. Imagine taking all those dancers and full band on the road. I feel like Mexico onwards will be the “Mayhem Ball” show, and be a bit longer so she can add in some more hits. If the tour is even half as good as this, it would be incredible. Shockingly no Just Dance, LoveGame, EoG, SL, or RoM. Why was the bone piano there for the 30 seconds of DWAS and then we got the way less cool piano for the actual piano portion? Where was Taylor to sing on HBDUWM in her complementary snake themed, one leg leotard? Do I need a butt bustle coat? Are we sure the dancing with potentially pilfered skeletons from Spirit Halloween was the move? Why were my ears not blessed with Dead Dance or whatever alleged new song was supposed to happen? Tell you what: I was NOT ready for the absolutely stunning visuals, the opera house design, the blond popstar vs Mistress Mayhem theme, the Setlist, fresh choreography and them VOCALS! I am deceased.
