The challenge was terrible and confusing. Why didn't they show us any of the BTS process of the video if that was the main part of the challenge? And while the queens' performances were good, the song itself was a chop  They should've just had a repeat of S16 and focused on the photoshoot and interview; that would've streamlined it a lot more.

Also, these critiques were awful  Jewels getting praise for freezing during a question?? They did this to Lexi during Snatch Game and it was so annoying. You shouldn't be applauded for not answering the question or answering it badly  The critiques for the videos also made no sense. I actually thought they were all pretty good. I understand Suzie's critique that it came across more as a cruise ship ad than Vegas, but I thought the judges were too critical of all the queens. Likewise, I hated Suzie's critiques that she was "being too safe" and that she needed to "step out of her comfort zone." She's been doing great the entire season; if y'all wanted to give her that note, you should've given that to her sooner! Also, she has been doing more than the 1920s schtick. She's shown some great versatility, and it's not like the judges are asking Sam to be less pageant/southern or Jewels to be less of a dancer/performer. I hate these critiques because they're always aimed at the "alt" girls or the ones that don't follow a particularly high femme aesthetic.

Finally, I fully thought Suzie won that lip sync. Both her and Sam did well, but I preferred Suzie's physicality. It also just seems plain wrong that we're going into the finale without Suzie  I'm rooting for Onya or Lexi, though I prefer the former.

Once Suzie said she's not just referencing 1920s but also she's a theater/broadway queen, I had a feeling she wasnt gonna win. This show has a massive hate boner for broadway/theater/BFA queens.

The constant nitpicking at Marcia Marcia Marcia, trying to break Jan's psyche, the robotic critiques towards Rosé, Plasma not making it to the end and yes I know she sucked at the lipsync but I can give you so many examples where the actual winner of the lipsync actually sucked during the lipsync but was favored because of track record or storyline. 

If you are a theater/broadway queen, keep in mind the only way you can win RPDR is if 1 or more queens bully you constantly throughout the season.

Horrible episode. Badly edited, felt completely disjointed. None of the challenges made sense. The song was horrid. Atleast give them a verse or something, since we didnt even get a girl group challenge this season. 

Also if Suzie is not interested to be in Vegas, how is that a bad thing. But girl, why would you wear a bathing suit for Vegas 🫢

If S14 can have a top 5 , then so did S17. Or no idea why they randomly put Sam in the bottom. Should definitely have been Lexi vs Suzie, atleast it would have been the culmination of the one sided beef that Lexi had with Suzie. 
 

One of the worst top 5/top 4 episodes we have had in ages. Rooting for Onya/Jewels to win. They have clearly been the standout for me , oozing oodles of charisma and well rounded talent throughout the season.

Also this season needed a reunion and not a lalaparuza. With how bad the lipsyncs have been throughout the season, it definitely will not hold a candle to S16 where almost everyone (except Q) could perform so it was super exciting to watch. Happy to be proven wrong. Rooting for either Lydia or Suzie for the lalaparuza. If its Suzie, then there’s atleast a silver lining to just randomly eliminating her at top 5.

Really? I was thinking earlier about how there’s a lack of memorable or iconic moments this season to me. S16 had so many from quite a number of the cast, such as Plane VS ATM, Nymphias Ball Look, amazing runways from so many of the cast, Sapphiras (and Plane’s) snatch game, Mirage’s talent show as well as others (even Megamis one that became a meme), the Wednesday design followed by Bloody Mary lip sync, Mhiya VS Morphine, BODY LIP SYNC, the finale lip sync, Megami’s redemption, “kudos for saying that, for spilling”, I could go on 

but this season, I can only think of Onya’s snatch game, Lydia VS Arrietty lip sync, Lydia and Kori dating, aaaaaand I can’t really think of much else  just been a dry season to me personally, too many young queens where Onya has just been able to storm the competition with ease, and then eliminating her one true competitor before the finale in favour of Sam (again, poor Lana)

Jewels really proved she’s ready to take that crown with this episode. I’m sold.  

She’s the only one from the top 4 who came in fully confident and hasn’t faltered much since. I think Onya shouldn’t feel too safe yet.

I believe that production is to blame to **** this season up. They had some very interesting queens like Lucky or even Joella (and I'm being serious) that imo should have made it further. Instead the producers looked at them like they are not ready yet because they only treat polished queens as worthy enough even though it was quite clear that Joella, Lucky, Suzie and Arietty knew what their style is and they were confident in it. But the way they were being judged was just way too narrow minded and too "we want you to be polished and ready for Las Vegas". I feel like this season for the first time shows that they are more and more focused on fulfilling the contracts and therefor just look which queen is going to be a Vegas girl or a girl that will be successful for WOW to promote their enterprise but that completely ignores the fact that craftier queens and queens who try to look at Drag from a different angle are scripted as rough around the edges when they are clearly not baby queens but actually have a high intellect around their art similarly to Widow Pill or Yvy Oddly ... just the way the were critiquing Suzie was completely blown out of proportions. They were just looking for an outfit with feathers that made sense to a Vegas tourist and completely throw her under the bus because they are not willing to arrange their Vegas look around Suzies new aesthetic ... I'm still shook they eliminated her when Sam was clearly not doing better than her in the lip sync ... I was lowkey rooting for Sam but it was her time to go even though Jewels is the weakest and it would have made sense by track record to sashay away. Suzie was clearly in it to win it ...

Wouldn’t have guessed Suzie would do this well on a lip sync episode, especially songs  that I wouldn’t say were in her wheelhouse. love that we got 360 as a lip sync song too 

And FINALLY, an AS10 teaser, dying for the promos already  I’ve spoiled myself for as10 and the spills this week have been INSANE  as10 will be… a season, that’s for sure
