I know it’s dumb question but how is the possibly ai? I don’t understand what people mean

Usually, AI images have no texture at all (the bags are liquid smooth) and it can’t comprehend fingers or words, so you’ll see a lot of misspellings or extra limbs

Religion is a product to sell.

That's totally different. Synths were a new way of making sounds that broadened the soundscape, basically giving them more to play with creatively. Music is still made with lots of sounds compiled together just as it was before synths. The comparison would be if AI was being used to create music entirely from a prompt. AI generated art completely replaces any creative work from the 'artist'. If it were the same as synths, it would be like AI inventing new colours to use or new types of paint. It doesn't add to the toolbelt of the artist it replaces the artist entirely. Writing and tweaking a prompt isn't creating art

Artists were already making music with pre made loops. Rihanna's Umbrella is built entirely over a GarageBand drum loop. The first Grimes albums too. Marina used Logic's drummer on a lot of demos to get ideas. Not to mention sampling – my favorite case being Mariah's Fantasy which is built over Tom Tom's Club Genius Of Love instruemntal. If tweaking a prompt or building over it isn't art – loops and samples and automatic drummers aren't too? I'm not talking about 100% prompt made music – but maybe a beat or a synth or a lyric that can inspire a whole thing. As a said – a tool.

i think its time to accept AI is going to become part of creativity as a tool. its a time just like when people thought synths were going to replace acoustic instruments

only that synths stayed being synths. AI can be used for anything and it has actual dangerous qualities when it is being used irresponsibly
