Otherwise, that's literally a week after the US release of the TTPD Anthology physicals & before an international release - she wouldn't have 2 albums compete. Dec 6th is the first show of the final city stop for the Eras tour. So you'd assume any announcement would be made at the show - which would mean they'd miss the 1st day of streaming almost entirely anyway so might as well hold off on a release till the final show on the 8th. There's no way she's surprise dropping either Debut TV or Rep TV without having the physicals shipping same day for the first week charts. Besides, people complain about artists like Gwen (or even Gaga) having five years hiatus, more or less, between albums. And then you have someone like Taylor and you guys complain too. Like how can someone actually win for you? What's the right lapsus between one album and another? I think the general public loves her, she makes everything in her power to remain relevant, and let's face it, it is working for her.
