It's a coincidence, there's not an infinity of melodies so sometimes it happens that a small part of a song ressemble to another song, but it's unrelated. 

The only thing that stroke me when I heard "Disease" was the Arabian/Egyptian melody of the "ah-ah-ah-ahh". It sounds so good.

it's not like every song in the world uses aah-aah-aah- prominently like that though. and definitely not always on these specific chords.
