I’m glad if she’s happy and all but her relationship with Blake really has turned her music into something else :motherofpuppies:

I've had Somebody Else's on repeat for a while but the rest of the album is just meh. I still listen to her other albums all the time

I appreciate her for going in her own direction without giving in to fan demands.

It would be nice to hear her try hyperpop though, knowing her history with camp music I feel she would kill it.

It’s a sweet album full of toned down love songs perfect for a first dance at a wedding. After what she went through with Gavin, this album is a love letter to Blake. She starts off the album with “Somebody Else’s” as a f you to Gavin, then the next 8 songs are about Blake and closes the album with her Blakey. It’s really cute tbh.

This queen is 55!

She has given us youthful and energetic ska.

She has given us fun electric pop.

She has given catchy country duets with her husband.

I think she is fine with making music she wants. Music not the bling. She gives her authentic self in these songs. The campiness of the LAMB era was incredible and she knows she can’t recreate that. Although I would love for her to release a few fun song for the clubs.

I am keeping my finger crossed for a Tragic Kingdom anniversary tour in 2025.
