It's baffling sometimes when you analyse each of these tracks and visuals that these all from the same person. Honestly it's really quite remarkable how much of chameleon she is in the music world and even the acting/visual side too. 15 years running with no stopping anytime soon too. Keep exploring Gaga. All these lead singles could have been made by the same person, absolutely. This example would work better if more country tracks from Joanne, tracks from ASIB and the Jazz tracks were used as comparisons... This is all pop music... Feels like no one moved or noticed it but us. Not even Gaga’s team moved lol. Idc about commercial success as long as there is promo behind a rollout esp with the lead. Would have been nice to get radio interviews, at least one televised performance, her performing it live at some random gay club even, her actually talking about the song/video (not just via social media posts, physicals, interesting remixes, brief mention of LG7’s direction, etc. It signals passion to me and creates excitement, engagement and awareness.
