I feel like it's tangentially related to LG7 though. She's going down this spooky/dark/gothic route for LG7 and Wednesday very much fits that.

Also, it's a cameo, so she won't spend too much time filming.

Couldn't believe it when I saw this, how rare is it that Gaga fans actually get what we want?  It will probably just be a cameo performance, perhaps only for one episode. Would she really have the time to film a regular role for a whole season? So, we may not have any acting awards (from an MTV viewpoint, you understand, we know this it might not lead to Golden Globe or Emmy level) but it'll help with relevance with younger generations and in general. I just want to see her do more acting and get praised for it so people continue to think of her as an actress. Could lead to more acting roles when she's taking a break from music.

Guessing it’s just a guest appearance, I do wonder if Disease fits into this. Sure, Bloody Mary is more likely but Disease would also fit the series darker tone.
