In the end, the constitution is but a piece of paper. Its power is based on concenssus of the people and elected officials to respect it. Trump doesnt need a constitutional amendment in four years to run again. He can just do it. As long as no one stops him, ehich at this point he owns the popular opinion, the house and senate, he can pretty much do whatever he wants.
