Second single early Jan with maybe a promo single late Nov/early Dec? Album reveal + preorders probably in early December in time for Christmas together with tour announcement (would be a great strategy so people can buy those as Christmas gifts).

A single before December is a bad idea since it would impact Disease a lot considering it was just released. 
A single during December is also a bad idea for obvious reasons. 
So I think early-mid January would be ideal. Second week preferably and a mid to late release for the album in February.

Girl I hope it will be a success, but the steams aren't high although we're at halloween and the song has been added to the biggest spotify playlist. It just means the GP aren't having it. Which actually means it's a great song lmao, cause DWAS is successful but a straight anthem

Then people will complaint asking why didn’t she release the popular promo single as an actual single and how her team knows nothing and here we go again over and over  A lot of monsters complained about those popular promo singles. I remember.

I hope we have a second single on February 7th, video the same week, and the album on February 28th.

EDIT: or maybe release the second single early on January 24th or 31st. But I heard January is not good for new releases for some reason.

I think we also have to realize the Super Bowl takes up most of the first half of February, Kendrick will be everywhere after the halftime I’m sure. A promo song would be cute end of December early January unless she wants to skip that and go right to the second single end of January first week February tops. Grammys are the 2nd of February and the superbowl is that next Sunday the 9th. But the album will probably be towards the end of February after the Kendrick surge.

Honestly, I fear if she hadn't promised October so early, she may have held off on Disease until post-Christmas, especially with the Joker fiasco. In hindsight, Oct to Feb is a long wait and Disease doesn't give big holiday season vibes. I almost wish she had pushed  Harlequin longer, maybe sending "Close to You" to Hot AC radio (it seemed to have the most TikTok traction). I have no idea what to expect between now and February. Holiday season is usually very one note and early January is a kind of quiet zone for media.
