This took place outside of a voting booth in Florida. As a result, many people are considering this to be a form of voter intimidation. The male was accompanied by a group of 16 and 17 year olds that cheered him on. While the 18 year old was charged with aggravated assault, the 16 and 17 year olds did not have charges brought on them.
