Liam Payne's posthumous single Do No Wrong release date is postponed

Liam Payne's unreleased song with Grammy winner Sam Pounds had its release date postponed on Tuesday. 

A video of the former One Direction star singing the unreleased track called Do No Wrong was posted online earlier in the day. 

The unseen clip was shared by Sam, who was working with Liam on the new song shortly before his shock death earlier this month.

Do No More was set to be released this Friday, marking the first posthumous song to be shared with his fans since his passing.

However, Sam has now taken to X to announce that the release would be postponed.  source

yes, it's too soon. if anything let his friends, family, band mates curate a collection of material and put it out on their own terms. this is giving clout chaser

It was possibly scheduled before his death and Sam Pounds has delayed the released hence they are aware that it is too soon.

Liam's body hasn't even been buried yet and they wanted to take advantage of those stream numbers going up to release a new single.  I get that this was probably scheduled but they should've postponed it in private. I guess the guy wanted to do a nice thing because grief is different to everyone but good that he got adviced not to do that now.

I think he should've waited a little bit more before making the announcement . His family is still grieving, and it is probably not the moment for a music release. 

Maybe the intention was to celebrate him, but still, a little too soon, IMO.

I feel like people are being harsh here. 

This was a collab Liam was working on very recently with this other artist. Its not some random deep cut demo they've frankenstiened into existence to profit. 

And every penny is already confirmed as going to a charity of Liam's family's choosing when released.

Badly timed if it wasn't preplanned for release, i think the singer had his heart in the right place.

Liam's sister was literally involved with the single as a co-writer. Its not like he's a random.
