lastpopicon 3,686 Posted October 30 Share Posted October 30 I also miss it but i think it's something we might never get back, especially because i think she really doesn't enjoy the spotlight with the papazarri anymore, we sometimes go weeks without any ideia where she is, she actively dodges them now. Of course, she could change that for a new era but on the flipside she's always with Michael now and I doubt she wants that type of stress for him. I think it was her passion at the time—to be 100% Gaga, even in public, even when she wasn’t performing. She always had a performance going on through her style and appearance. But was she happy then? I think the answer is no. I believe she has found happiness in the way she lives today, and I’m glad for that. Would being full-time Gaga again bring her happiness? It was a permanent performance, and although it was entertaining for us, and informing for her as an artist, it wasn't healthy for her as a human being. We had her giving us her all in the past, those photos and looks are still there. I'm glad she's having a different approach now. What she did at her peak wasn't sustainable. You can't be performing for an audience 24/7. It was beautiful to watch, but mentally and emotionally draining. But it was covid during Chromatica so we did not get alot of good looks. Big artists today are only doing a tour and maybe two special events an era.
