Mother of Puppies 35,469
What are your favorite horror movies of all time? Please list them, I need inspo for Halloween My favorites are: Smile 1 & 2, Don't Breathe, The Invisible Man, Mother! And I liked Hereditary, It, watcher, I see you, barbarian (crazy shit) classics like the ring, gothika, the hills have eyes, wrong turn... I think I also loved sinister, insidious and conjuring, but I keep confusing them & can't really remember that much lol I didn't like: The Deliverance (what a shit film), Midsommar (I dunno why people love it, I found it way too long & kinda boring) I have more but that's all I can remember for now Edited Tuesday at 06:59 PM by Mother of Puppies THEY CALL ME LADY MOP

Anderson123 35,072
Of all time? Damn it's so difficult to put a list of them. I guess my favorite franchise and the one that made me a fan of horror movies is Scream. Some other old classics like Child's Play (1, 2, 3 & Bride), Nightmare on Elm Street (1 & 3), Halloween franchise, Alien franchise, Friday the 13th are always a nice watch. The Exorcist, The Shining, It, Misery, Poltergeist, The Others, Sixth Sense, Texas Chainsaw. One of my all time favorites and the one that gave me nightmares as a child was Guillermo Del Toro's The Devil Backbone. Another oldie that is very underrated called The Changeling. Recent stuff I'd say Saw, Conjuring 1 & 2, Insidious, Sinister, Invisible Man, Suspiria (new and old), The Ring. I've been impressed by some new stuff like Hereditary, Babadook, Possessor, Barbarian. There's so many I need to think more but will keep coming back here.

The movie is VERY unsettling. 2. Black Swan (2010) 3. Thesis (1996) Edited Tuesday at 07:05 PM by SFDMQ

Ronk 14,478
The Thing from Another World (1951, starring James Arness as The Thing. The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms (1953) Them! (1954) The Wolf Man (1941) Frankenstein (1931) Those movies really scared me growing up. Here's a clip of Boris Karloff with other horror movie actors from that era, for the benefit of those who thought Boris Karloff was Russian. I live outside the space time continuum.
