I think Disease is just a promo single

I think since DWAS is included in the album, it will be treated as the lead single from now on, Disease will be the second single. This means that we are going to have a proper third single that is sent to radio for the first time since ARTPOP.

I have to say, I literally wrote on here a few weeks ago that DWAS was probably going to be added to the album since Disease wasn’t doing as well lolol (not dissing her, I’m just a Little Manager). I don’t doubt that the far release date was a safety net to play with the sound and image depending on which one did better.

No, it’s the first single. I think they are saving more of a smash hit song for the second single, similar to the chromatica rollout.
