Wow, so I guess the near 100 times I listened to it are only gonna count as one single measly stream? Is there anything else we can do other than buying on iTunes and streaming?

This is kinda insane tbh, that system makes no sense. My 100 streams deserve to count as 100 streams lol

yo Haus, don’t wait too long please. the demand is here.

I’m fine with waiting maybe a couple more days. if they’ve got a THAT good video in their hands the wait until Halloween might pay off but still might be better to release it on Monday or Tuesday. Should have been announced already imho.

PI took an unnecessary long wait. I think it would be making the same mistake twice.

This is news to me. So they don’t count if you have the song on repeat?? Even if I’m actually listening to it on repeat??? Wtf

They never have. It's an anti-bot system because they have no way of knowing if those repeated successive streams are people actually choosing to do that or a bot doing it artificially. Seeing as people get paid according to streaming, they have to be as accurate as possible in their totals and they cannot simply guess whether or not spam is legitimate or a bot.

no questo è globale.

Yes but what bullshit

Hmm so if I were to let this run via headphones while I'm working from home :lolly: , would that work?

Odd song choices but I went by length :huntyga: Something like Hair is 5 minutes long while a lot of songs off Chromatica, Jazz albums and Joker are around 3 minutes.

Well considering The Weeknd's lead single debuted with 5.7M streams and we did 5.4M, I say we did pretty well as a fanbase :ohwell:

If Gaga releases acapella and instrumental versions and I play in the  Disease-acapella-instrumental-Disease pattern, it won't count as loop right? In that case, would those acapella and instrumental streams contribute towards the actual chart performance of the main song in any way?

It seems to be a trap to even have repeat as an option. Without it making it explicitly clear that by loving a song so much you are choosing to withhold compensation to the artist. Thanks I hate it here 🙃

I think that’s why lots of artists release cute little EPs to support the song, yeah!
