I mean we knew that the lead would be out in October when JFAD premiered in Venice and when was that? Two months ago? Either she's doing a weirdly lowkey release this time around (which doesn't make sense to me given her previous comments about how excited and happy she is with her life) or she's just taking the weekend off and will kickstart the promo along with Halloween. She’ll probably go hard this week for Halloween , then simmer the following week for election week, follow up with a performance before thanksgiving, rest for the holidays, maybe we’ll get the harlequin performance, January single 2, and full promo followed by the album release. I know that Joker was probably a huge disappointment, but she herself is doing amazingly. She released Harlequin which was successful, gave that beautiful performance of Happy Mistake that people were buzzing about, and her new single Disease is doing well and being really well received so far.
