I can't say too much because I always argue that music is a business. But visuals have always been such a companion piece to music that it feels shameful it's been commercialized in this way. I wish places like Youtube and TikTok made efforts to preserve this portion of culture.

The Coi and YoungBoy MVs were financed by their own budgets though, no? SFG is the only mv of her own original work that's had a mv in the past 2 years right? It's not like she's paying a bunch of artists for her set.

I would assume that Coi and Youngboy have their own budgets - my point is that Nicki still gave visuals for her past era regardless of who paid. Not a bad move to go on a feature run, release some music videos with those artists for the fans that want some visuals and invest your budget in one of the highest grossing rap/hip hop tours of all time.

Red Ruby was paid for by herself, Princess Diana Remix was also released under Heavy On It Records which is the label Nicki created.

Pink Friday 2 World Tour was very high budget and no her interludes where not AI Generated she employed digital artists.

I think It's great that you are not embarrased to show support for her. Excluding her personal life and her way of being, i do consider that she is the best in her field

I miss times when music videos were a way to give life to songs and singers were actual artists instead of just money greedy/chart obsessed people. The music industry is truly at the worst it's ever been...

I have some tea about miss Nicki that idk if I should necessarily spill but whatevs, my friend was working one of the festivals stops she had in Europe over the summer and she was super duper late to get on stage and it was cuz she was drunk off her balls, passed out sleeping in her hotel room and no one could reach her   its kind of an open secret now that she has alcohol or substance abuse problems and I hope she gets the help she needs at least for her baby son
